We are excited to announce that members of The Military Vehicle Club Cornwall Area will be coming to Bodmin Keep on Armed Forces Day, the 24th June 2017.
Cornwall's Regimental Museum is delighted to welcome the military vehicles from various historical periods, which will be stationed outside The Keep for one day only.

See full details on our website:

Come and see the magnificent machines and chat to members of the CMVT who will be on hand to answer questions and talk about the roles of each vehicle in historic military theatres, as well as share their stories about the joys – and otherwise – of owning a historic military vehicle!

The Cornish Branch of the national Military Vehicle Trust are a friendly group who specialise in the restoration, preservation and display of military vehicles of all types, both wartime and post war.

The museum's pop up café will be running on the day, where visitors will be able to enjoy a cuppa and cake before heading up to the museum to look around the extensive collections. Visitors can explore our armoury, which has been termed the ‘finest collection of weaponry in the South West’. Other museum displays include The Duke of Cornwall’s Light Infantry (DCLI) collection and the National Collection of the Light Infantry (LI), as well as objects from the Cornwall Militia.
