Dressing up in our World War 1 outreach workshop

Wonderful workshops at the Telegraph Museum Porthcurno

Porthcurno has been a hub of global communication since 1870 when its first undersea telegraph cable forged a link between Britain and Bombay. Today visitors from all over the world explore how what happened in Porthcurno changed the world, and shapes the way we live today.

A new Clore Learning Space opened in September 2013 and provides an excellent facility for visiting schools, colleges and groups. The museum itself re-opens in June 2014 following extensive development, with major new exhibitions, improved access, and new cafe.
