World War I Exhibition
Bodmin Town Museum
By: Museum WWI Exhibition Team
Added: 19 March 2015
THE commemorative World War I exhibition is an important display for the WWI centenary.
It includes a section about James Henry Finn and the Victoria Cross. A replica Victoria Cross is on display. Also included are displays showing stories of two Bodmin families' association with World War I. Also a fascinating display about 7 boy scouts who enlisted, and were killed or died during WWI. There is a commemorative plaque in the church to the scouts - this is still being researched and we hope to produce a leaflet about these brave scouts by the end of this year.
